Shipping Information
We send all items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders from outside the UK will be shipped via Air Mail.
The final shipping cost is calculated at the checkout stage, and is dependant on the number, and type of items, ordered.
Please note, as ALL our items are made to order, we expect to be in a position to ship orders
within 5 days of receipt of payment.
Returns Information
Our returns policy is that you may return any goods to us for a refund provided
they are in an unused, as new, condition. We must be informed by email or
telephone with in 7 working days of the delivery from us that you wish to return
items.

available please leave a message with your order number and your contact number
and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility, and we will
not be able to refund our original postage charges.
All faulty product returns must be authorised in advance by email, post or phone
prior to sending the goods back for refund or replacement.
Please remember while the goods are in your possession they are your
responsibility. The ownership of the goods do not pass to the customer until
they are paid for in full. |
